Over 150,000 anonymous and free affirmation postcards have been sent out since 2019 to humans all over the world.
Every month, I wrote words that my heart needed to hear -- hoping that it would speak to other hearts too. Every month, I addressed and stamped each of these postcards lovingly because it felt important and intimate and real.
